Homelium was founded with one clear belief, that home care, done properly, changes lives. Not just for the people receiving it, but for the whole family around them.
What started as a single branch has grown into a multi-branch group operating across five areas of the South of England. Through every stage of that growth, one thing has never changed: our commitment to putting people first. Not the paperwork, not the processes, the people.
Every care plan we create is built around the individual. Every carer we recruit is chosen for their values as much as their skills. And every family we support becomes part of the Homelium family, because that is exactly how we think about the people we care for.

Behind every great care experience is a great local team. Our five branches are led by experienced, passionate managers who are deeply embedded in their communities and committed to the highest standards of care.
Loraine Mayes
Loraine, regional care manager at Homelium Essex, has over 15 years of experience in the care industry and holds a Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership. Her passion for care began close to home, caring for her own father during his battle with cancer and that experience drives her commitment to ensuring every client receives the very best care, always with dignity at its heart.
Sam Harder
Sam Harder knows that the best care starts with genuine connection. As Branch Manager at Homelium Care Hampshire, she leads her team with warmth, dedication and a Level 5 in Leadership and Management, building real bonds with both clients and carers that motivate her every single day to deliver the very best outcomes for the people she supports.
Kristina Matthews
Kristina Matthews joined Homelium Care as Branch Manager for West Sussex & Surrey with one clear focus, helping people stay in the home they love, supported by care that truly puts them first. Warm, driven and deeply committed to the people she works with, Kristina brings a personal touch to everything she does and inspires her team to do the same.
Aude N'Tandou
Aude N'Tandou's passion for care began long before she stepped into management. Starting as a volunteer at Phab Northampton in 2010, she built her career on a genuine love of people and an inclusive, empathetic approach that still shapes everything she does today. As Branch Manager at Homelium Care Northampton, Aude ensures every client feels truly heard, respected and supported, every single day.
Sophie Fowler
Sophie knows what good home care looks like, because she has experienced its impact firsthand. Having worked in care across the UK and New Zealand for over a decade, Sophie joined Homelium Care Dorset in 2023 and progressed from Carer to Branch Manager through sheer dedication and heart. Her commitment to kind, reliable and truly personal care is felt by every client and family she supports.
