Loraine’s passion is ensuring that everyone who comes into her care receives the best possible service whilst maintaining dignity always.

Leading our Dorset branch is Sophie, whose passion for care comes from both her professional experience and personal understanding of the positive impact home care can have on families.
Sophie first worked in care over ten years ago and has supported adults with learning difficulties and disabilities in both the UK and New Zealand. She returned to the sector in 2023 when she joined Homelium Care.
Since then, Sophie has quickly progressed from Carer to Senior Carer, then Community Team Leader and now Acting Branch Manager. Having seen first-hand the difference that quality home care can make within her own family life, she is passionate about helping people remain independent and comfortable in their own homes.
