Northampton County Council

If you’re starting to explore care for yourself or a loved one, Northamptonshire County Council can provide guidance and support through an initial care assessment. This helps identify what level of support may be needed and whether any financial assistance is available. Depending on the outcome, they may arrange care services or contribute towards the cost, helping individuals remain safe and supported at home. Navigating this process can feel complex at first, but you don’t have to do it alone. At Homelium Care, we work alongside families and the local authority to help make the journey clearer, offering support, reassurance and practical advice at every stage.
