We are incredibly proud to share some wonderful news, Homelium Care has been named Home Care Provider of the Year – South England 2025/26 by the Prestige Awards.


This recognition is a huge milestone for Homelium, but more importantly, it’s a celebration of the people at the heart of everything we do: our clients, their families and our dedicated care teams.


What Are the Prestige Awards?

The Prestige Awards recognise outstanding small and medium-sized businesses across the UK that consistently deliver exceptional service and make a meaningful impact within their communities.


This year, 12 home care providers were nominated across South England. Homelium was shortlisted into the final four and ultimately chosen as the winner, an achievement we are truly honoured by.
