Homelium Essex hosting their Basildon Caregiver Coffee Morning

Carers are all around us, and they are not just people who are employed as a carer, but families or friends caring for their loved one. This can often lead to people becoming stressed or feeling burnt out due to managing their own lives as well as the people they are caring for.

It is important to still keep some time for yourself when caring for someone so you can recharge and just switch off even if it is just for an hour. That’s why Homelium have created caregiver coffee mornings for carers in the local area to meet with fellow carers and have a free hot drink.

The caregiver coffee mornings aim is to create a community for carers in the local area to meet up where they can share advice and stories, ask for help and ask questions to other carers to get advice and feel more knowledgeable about caring.

We currently have coffee mornings located in:

Blandford Forum- Dorset

Ringwood- Dorset

Crawley- West Sussex

Basildon - Essex
