What We Are Looking For
You do not need to tick every box, but here is what matters most to us:

✅ A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle — essential for travelling between clients across East Dorset and surrounding areas
✅ The right to work in the UK — we are unable to offer visa sponsorship

Previous care experience is welcome but absolutely not required. If you have worked in retail, hospitality, childcare, volunteering or any other people-focused role, you may already have more of the skills we are looking for than you realise.
